From his childhood, Mr. Jha had a strong passion for sports and achieved remarkable success in various activities. Sports taught him discipline, leadership, teamwork, consistency, and the spirit of overcoming challenges — qualities that later became the foundation of his professional and entrepreneurial journey.

In the year 2009, he got the opportunity to enter the Direct Selling industry. What started as a career opportunity soon became a life-changing mission for him. Within a short period of time, he acquired strong knowledge and practical experience in sales, marketing, leadership development, and team management. Through continuous learning and hard work, he achieved several milestones in the industry.

Between 2013 and 2016, Mr. Jha focused deeply on understanding Direct Selling, Sales & Marketing, Business Development, and leadership systems. During this period, he carefully studied every aspect of the industry — including success models, failures, leadership structures, training systems, customer psychology, and market challenges.

He also witnessed how the lack of professionalism, proper guidance, and ethical systems had negatively affected the image of the Direct Selling industry in India. This realization motivated him to think beyond personal success and focus on building a more transparent, professional, and value-driven system for people.

From 2017 onwards, he worked as a Business Consultant and Trainer, helping multiple organizations, leaders, and teams achieve growth through effective training, business planning, leadership development, and system building. While working closely with thousands of individuals and organizations, he strongly felt that Direct Selling in India had immense potential, but it still lacked a strong corporate culture and structured professional ecosystem.

After nearly a decade of practical experience — including marketing exposure, leadership development, business strategy, success stories, failures, and deep market observation — Mr. Jha made a powerful decision. He envisioned creating a platform where people would not only earn income but also receive proper training, strong support systems, professional guidance, quality products, and long-term career opportunities.

With this mission and vision, he founded Sunway Global Wellness Pvt. Ltd.

Sunway Global Wellness is a healthcare and wellness company focused on Herbal Products, Food Supplements, and customer-oriented wellness solutions designed to improve people’s health and lifestyle. The company aims to combine wellness, entrepreneurship, and professional growth under one strong platform.

Mr. Jha believes that India is currently facing two major challenges:
